Big Nev

An ink sketch of Everton legend Neville Southall.

Ink and gray Copic marker sketch in a cartoon style of a serious looking man in an old Everton kit with a mustache, looking off to the side. The net of the goal is visible behind him.

Neville Southall, affectionately known as Big Nev, played for Everton Football Club from 1981 to 1998, and is widely regarded as their greatest ever goalkeeper, and arguably the greatest goalkeeper of his era.

This was drawn in a few minutes in a sketch pad with a Tombow Fudenosuke WS-BH brush pen and some dying Copic N2 and N4 markers for gray tones.
